Four Forms of the Gospel Jesse M. Boyd

This message was preached at New Testament Christian Fellowship on March 26, 2017. With the declaration of the "Everlasting Gospel" in Revelation 14:6-7, explication is necessary concerning the four forms of the Gospel message found in the New Testament, the everlasting Gospel being one of those forms--NOT four gospels, but four forms of the Gospel in terms of emphasis, much like the four Gospels concerning the life of Christ. This message introduces the four forms--the Gospel of the Kingdom (Matthew 24:14), the Gospel of the Grace of God (Acts 20:24), what Paul calls "My Gospel" (Romans 2:16), and the Everlasting Gospel (Revelation 14:6-7). This general overview is then followed by a detailed look at the Gospel of the Kingdom, the good news that God purposes to set up a literal kingdom on this earth over which a son of David, Jesus the Messiah, shall reign from a literal throne in Jerusalem over the earth restored to its Edenic state.
