missions & the glory of God (isaiah 5)

This message was preached by Jesse Boyd back in 2010 at a Baptist Church in North Carolina. The focus is Isaiah 5 preceding the Prophet’s encounter with the glory of God in Chapter 6, particularly the six woes pronounced against a rebellious nation and what biblical missions should look like in such a dark context. The primary purpose of the Great Commission is the glory of God, not meeting the needs of men.
